The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, including each subsystem, we only supply bounded trait guarantee if not stated differently. Standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, it is vital that your machinery is improved in the equivalent of twice that period otherwise your service warranty will be null and ineffective. Meaning, you have to get your machine improved within every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machine is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be legit.
When a service is provided at your property by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Lest the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above plans or per-approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be required. One technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, Traveling for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays at the point of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out cost, transport costs to your premises as well as settlement if essential, are on your account. We prefer that you organize that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. Review accordingly you will regularly be able to,in any way and at any term, review the machinery's warranty data and maintenance history on our site or while logged off. We value our machinery's warranty and servicing by using the barcode. This protects your supreme comfort on both the service and resell of your machinery's.
