Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only offer limited characteristic guarantee unless stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective components defects are covered by the characteristic warranty. We cannot be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your product. Accordingly aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Quotations will be immediately accessible upon appeal.

Service Plan: The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a routine service. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: When a service is supplied at your establishment by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. We will not require any fees for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on if an alternative or additional maintenance or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Reservations should be made for improvements or hard labour operate to be done at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be completed during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Training Course: Primary and/or full training courses are supplied at our premises for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machine, first principal entry courses is combined in your investment, although more advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
