The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited trait warranty on any subsystem lest stated any other way, as well as on the whole machine. Errors as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your component. A Call-out refers to each instant a specialist provides a service at your premises. Except when confirmed by the company or covered by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your property including accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would wish for us to travel to you, the current amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our branch including your establishment.Those charges may vary extent by extent without notice, so kindly enquire about call out and transport costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you would like to find out if the machine is set to operate optically. We will not require any fees for the experts we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an back-up or additional servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. Bookings should be made for adjustments or hard labour function to be done at your/our earliest availability as no adjustments or any such labour services will be practised during servicing visits.We supply fundamental and/or extensive training courses through our training centre for all machines we sell. First primary entry courses is enclosed in your machine investment, but more advanced training can be bought after the fundamental course has been accomplished.A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Therefore your machines assurance information and servicing history will constantly be able to be checked in any way and at any term on our database or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and servicing. This protects your maximal comfort on both the assistance and resell of your machines.
