Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. A Call-out refers to each time a specialist provides a service at your place. Unless the call-out is covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Touring costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account, accompanying the call-out charge. We recommend that you organize that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. The existing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop including your place, should you prefer for us to come to you.Those charges may vary point by time without notice, so generously inquire about call out including traveling costs beforehand.Whether you would like to know if the machine is fitted to work optically, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machinery for your contentment, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not charge any cost for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with information on whether an alternative or further servicing or service parts reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings have to be made for repairs or excessive labour operate to be done at your/our quickest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits.We supply primary and/or overall training courses at our training facility for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be obtained after the basic course has been accomplished but first principal entry courses is combined in your machine purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a particular barcode. Thus your machinery's guarantee report and maintenance history will constantly be able to be analyzed in any form and at any term on our database or offline. Our machinery's assurance and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your ultimate advantage on both the maintenance and resell of your machinery's.
