The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give confined attribute guarantee on each subsystem except stated elseways, along with on the entire machinery. Weaknesses due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Accordingly aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can generally be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.The machinery you are going to buy requires a routine service. Standard depletion replacement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as standard cleaning are included in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, it is necessary that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you should get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit.
Every time a service is offered at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Lest arranged by managers or included by each of the above plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the time of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out charge. The adjustments for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be made by you. If you would like for us to travel to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our branch including your place.Those costs may vary time by time without notice, so generously analyze about call out including touring costs in advance.Our service plan is suited for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, or if you would like to know if the machine is adjusted to work optically. We will not require any cost for the specialist we provide. You will be advised by our technician if an alternative or further servicing or service parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regrettably, no repairs or hard labour operate will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.Basic and/or comprehensive training courses are held through our warehouse for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed but first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.All our mainline of machines are sold with a different barcode. For this reason your machines guarantee information and service history will regularly be able to be checked in any manner and at any term on our site or while logged off. Our machinery's assurance and service are valued by us using the barcode. This protects your supreme comfort on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
