The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide confined attribute warranty on any subsystem unless stated otherwise, and on the whole machine. Errors as a result of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We aren't liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Accordingly aforementioned cannot be covered by our guarantee. Damages can generally be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily accessible on demand.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. The included service plan consists of standard cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as everyday depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery serviced in every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.

At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accommodation including travel costs to your premises, coupled with the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the current rate multiplied by the traveling distance between your property as well as our place, should you recommend for us to come to you.Generously seek an answer about call out including travel costs ahead of time as those costs may vary extent by instant without notice.Whether you would choose to know if the machine is fitted to work optimally, or you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind, our servicing plan is here for you. Analyze accordingly you will always be able to,in any way and at any term, check the machines assurance report and service history on our database or while disconnected. We honour our machinery's warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your supreme convenience on both the maintenance and resell of your machines.
