The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature guarantee if not stated differently. Shortages as a result of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our responsibility. Aforestated is thus not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon inquiry.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The enclosed service plan encloses basic cleaning, analyzing and adjustment, as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost.
