The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

Our warranty will therefore not cover aforementioned. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. The included service plan consists of common cleaning, investigation and arrangement, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost. Your service warranty will be invalid and void should you not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced in the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you must get your machine fixed within every six month period, if we preferred that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.

The existing percentage is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our place including your establishment, should you desire for us to travel to you.Those charges may change time by extent without notice, so kindly enquire about call out as well as traveling costs ahead of time.If you only would like our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your contentment or would like to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is here for you. We will not charge any cost for the technician we provide. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or hard labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no reconstruction or any such labour actions will be completed during servicing visits.Basic and/or extensive training courses are supplied via our premises for all machinery we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machine purchase, however more advanced training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been passed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a particular barcode. You will accordingly constantly be able to analyze the machinery's warranty report and assistance history on our site or while logged off - in any manner and at any instant. We honour our machinery's assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This protects your maximal convenience on both the reselling and service of your machines.
