The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide restricted quality guarantee lest stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship including defective equipment weaknesses are covered by the feature warranty. We would not be held at fault for misuse or general wear and tear of your product. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Upon demand, quotations are readily vacant.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. Investigation and adjustment, general cleaning , as well as standard wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are concealed in the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced in the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machinery within the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed within every six month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is provided at your establishment by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required except for when the call-out is enclosed by any of the above named plans or confirmed by the management. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out fee, touring costs to your place and settlement if necessary, are on your account. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be made by you. The current rate is R 9.95/kilometer increased by the driving distance between our workshop and your establishment, should you prefer for us to travel to you.Without notice, those charges may change time by time, consequently attentively enquire about call out including transport costs in advanceIf you simply would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or would like to know if the machinery is fitted to operate optimally, our service plan is here for you.
