The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.

We provide bounded trait guarantee on the whole machine, including each subsystem if not stated any other way. The quality guarantee covers shortages as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Thus aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. The machinery you are going to buy requires a regular service. Common wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, investigation and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are concealed in the service plan. It is crucial that your machine(s) is rectified in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we recommend that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any time a specialist provides a service at your establishment. Except when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 695.00 for workdays, R 995.00 for Saturdays including R 1 495.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Settlement including transport costs to your property, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if necessary. The technicians necessary adjustments to be done to get picked up as well as sent back, are preferred to be done by you. The current rate is R 8.00/kilometer increased by the traveling distance between our workshop and your premises, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those costs may change point by extent, consequently kindly seek an answer about call out and transport costs beforehand

We provide basic and/or overall training courses through our training facility for all machinery we sell. More improved training can be purchased after the fundamental course has been accomplished but first primary entry courses is combined in your machinery investment.
