The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, along with each subsystem unless stated otherwise. Weaknesses due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your component. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our warranty. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be promptly available upon appeal.The machine(s) you are going to obtain compels a routine service. Investigation and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as general wear and tear reinstatement at a minimum cost are enclosed in the service plan. During preservation visits no repairs or intense labour work will be done and bookings should made for this to be done at your and our earliest convenience.Principal and/or full training courses are held via our premises for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be bought after the principal course has been finished but first primary entry courses is enclosed in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machines a different barcode is sold. Review therefore you will evermore be able to,in any manner and at any moment, check the machines warranty info and servicing history on our webpage or offline. Our machinery's assurance and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
