The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give limited characteristic guarantee on each subsystem except stated any other way, including on the entire machine. Errors by cause of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We would not be held responsible for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Aforestated is for this reason not covered by our guarantee. Definitely, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are promptly available.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Common decrement replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed within the service plan. It is necessary that your machinery is fixed within the equivalent of twice that period, if you do not service your machinery within the suggested service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be null and void. Meaning that within which case we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery rectified within every six month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time instant a specialist provides a service at your place. Except when approved by management or covered by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the point of this quotation, 1 specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your place, accompanying the call-out fee, are on your account if crucial. The preparations for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are suggested to be done by you. The current amount is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our workshop and your property, should you desire for us to come to you.Without notice, those charges may change point by time, for this reason kindly seek an answer about call out and travel costs ahead of timeOur service plan is suited for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your contentment, or if you want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to operate optimally. By using the barcode we honour our machines warranty and assistance. This protects your maximal convenience on both the servicing and resell of your machines.
