Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We provide constrained quality warranty on any subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the entire machine. Weaknesses by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not at fault for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are immediately available on request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to obtain. Basic decrement restoration at a minimum cost, analyzing and positioning as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. It is necessary that your machine(s) is fixed within the equivalent of double that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. Meaning that in which case we choose that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, it is vital that you get your machine serviced within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be legit. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician supplies a service at your premises, it refers to a call-out. Unless the call-out is concealed by any of the above plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out cost will be required. 1 specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for Saturdays as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Touring costs to your establishment including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. We recommend that you arrange that the technician gets picked up as well as sent back. If you would choose for us to come to you, the ongoing rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our workshop including your establishment.Beneficially enquire about call out and touring costs beforehand as those costs may differ time by extent without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would like to know if the machine is set to operate optimally, or you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your satisfaction, our service plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we supply. Our experts will be able to supply you with guidance on whether an back-up or other service or spare parts reinstatement is needed or whether everything is in order. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or hard labour work will be completed and reservations should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers primary and/or full training courses for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine investment, nevertheless more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been finished. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
