Quality Warranty: We offer confined characteristic warranty on the entire machine, including any subsystem if not stated elseways. Defects by reason of unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't at fault for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Upon demand, quotations are gladly available.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) you are going to buy needs a routine service. The covered service plan encloses standard cleaning, reviewing and calibration, as well as common ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the suggested service or if it is not improved within the equivalent of dual that period. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Anytime a service is offered at your place by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be required lest the call-out is included by any of the above plans or per-approved by the the company. At the extent of this quotation, for 1 day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for workdays.In addition to the call-out charge, touring costs to your establishment as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. The preparations for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are chosen to be made by you. The current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our workshop including your property, should you recommend for us to go to you.Those costs may change time by time without notice, so beneficially enquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time. We prefer that you arrange that the technician picked up and sent back. If you would like us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our branch and your premises. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you simply would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction or want to know if the machine is adjusted to function optimally, our service plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the experts we supply. You will be advised by our technician if an back-up or other service or spares replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Sadly, no repairs or hard labour function will be done during a preservation visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be practised at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Principal and/or complete training courses are held through our training facility for all machines we sell. More promoted training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished although first principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
