The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We provide restricted attribute guarantee on the entire machine, including each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Weaknesses by reason of faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We cannot be held accountable for misuse or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforesaid. Of course, deterioration that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly vacant on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be demanding a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes common cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as standard decrement replacement at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we suggested that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you must get your machine rectified in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a technician provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an different or additional maintenance or spare replacement is needed or if everything is in order. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or hard labour work will be completed during a maintenance visit, but a booking should made for this to be practised at your and our quickest availability.Our warehouse offers principal and/or extensive training courses for all machines we sell. More advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been passed but first principal entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase.With all our mainline of machinery's a unique barcode is sold.
