The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We offer limited feature guarantee on any subsystem unless stated elseways, including on the whole machinery. Weaknesses due to unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machinery. Our warranty will thus not cover aforesaid. Naturally, deterioration that are not covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are promptly accessible.Regular service is needed by the machine(s) you are going to buy. The covered service plan contains standard cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as general wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless should you not service your machinery within the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equal of double that period. Meaning that within which case we preferred that your machine is rectified once every three months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery improved in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be credible.
When a service is provided at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. Review for this reason you will always be able to,in any form and at any instant, review the machines assurance data and maintenance history on our site or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and maintenance are valued by us using the barcode. This insures your ultimate comfort on both the selling and maintenance of your machines.
