Quality Warranty: For the entire machinery, along with any subsystem, we only supply bounded quality guarantee unless stated any other way. Shortages as a result of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We shall not be held accountable for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your component. Thus aforestated will not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon inquiry, quotations are promptly vacant.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to purchase needs a routine service. Basic decrement restoration at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as general cleaning are concealed within the service plan. It is vital that your machine(s) is fixed in the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machinery in the suggested service period, elseways your service warranty will be worthless and not viable. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is rectified once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed in every six month period or your warranty will not be legit. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is offered at your establishment by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above mentioned plans or confirmed by the management, a call-out cost will be required. One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.In addition to the call-out cost, touring costs to your property including settlement if necessary, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are recommend to be done by you. If you would prefer for us to travel to you, the ongoing amount is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the traveling distance between our premises including your place.Those fees may vary point by instant without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out as well as touring costs beforehand. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. At the time of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out charge, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if necessary are on your account. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would prefer to find out whether the machinery is adjusted to work optically, or you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, our assistance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the technician we provide. You will be advised by our technician whether an different or other maintenance or spare reinstatement is needed or if everything is normal. Regretfully, no reconstruction or excessive labour function will be completed during a sustainment visit, but a reservation should made for this to be done at your and our quickest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.

More promoted training can be bought after the principal course has been accomplished nevertheless first basic entry courses is included in your machine purchase.
