The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. For the entire machine, including any subsystem, we only supply limited feature guarantee except stated otherwise. Defects due to faulty components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Your service warranty will be null and not viable should you not service your machine within the chosen service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine fixed within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
Every time a specialist offers a service at your property, it refers to a call-out. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or confirmed by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 995.00 for Saturdays, R 1 495.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 695.00 for weekdays.Travel costs to your establishment including settlement if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out fee.
