Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void. Quality Warranty: We offer restricted trait guarantee on each subsystem except stated otherwise, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit equipment defects are covered by the quality warranty. We would not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforesaid. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately accessible.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a routine service. The covered service plan encloses basic cleaning, reviewing and arrangement, as well as standard ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a technician, it points to to a call-out. Except when confirmed by the company or covered by each of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place as well as accommodation if crucial, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the existing amount amplified by the traveling distance between your property as well as our warehouse, should you choose for us to travel to you.Those charges may change time by time without notice, so generously seek an answer about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you only would like our technician to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you would like to find out if the machine is fitted to operate optically. We will not require any fees for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or whether an different or further maintenance or spare replacement is needed. Unfortunately, no reconstruction or hard labour operate will be practised during a sustainment visit, but a booking should made for this to be completed at your and our quickest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Fundamental and/or overall training courses are supplied through our training facility for all machinery we sell. More promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been finished however first principal entry courses is included in your machine purchase. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: A individual barcode is provided with all our mainline of machinery. Thus your machines guarantee report and service history will constantly be able to be checked in any style and at any term on our database or while logged off.
