The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted trait guarantee on the whole machine, including any subsystem lest stated otherwise. The attribute guarantee covers errors by cause of unfit components or poor craftsmanship Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your component is not our responsibility. For this reason aforesaid would not be covered by our guarantee. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be needing a regular service. Everyday depletion restoration at a minimal cost, checking and positioning as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is fixed within the equal of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, if we suggested that your machine is fixed once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist supplies a service at your place. Unless the call-out is included by each of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers, a call-out cost will be required.
