The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. We supply confined trait guarantee on the whole machine, and any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Errors due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. General wear and tear or misuse of your component is not our fault. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. Standard decrement restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as basic cleaning are included in the service plan. It is required that your machinery is fixed in the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, elseways your service guarantee will be invalid and ineffective. Meaning, if we suggested that your machine is improved once every three months, you must get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to any time a specialist provides a service at your place. Except when the call-out is covered by each of the above plans or arranged by the the company, a call-out cost will be required. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises including accommodation if required, are on your account.
