Quality Warranty: We provide bounded characteristic warranty on the entire machine, as well as any subsystem lest stated differently. Shortages by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held accountable for misuse or general wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations are promptly available on appeal.

The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: The machinery you are going to buy compels a routine service. The enclosed service plan consists of standard cleaning, analyzing and arrangement, as well as standard depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not fixed in the equal of double that period. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any instant a technician offers a service at your place. Except when confirmed by management or concealed by each and every time of the above plans, a call-out fee will be charged. One specialist for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, Traveling for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the extent of this quotation.Accompanying the call-out cost, travel costs to your place and settlement if essential, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the technician gets picked up and sent back. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our maintenance plan is suited for you if you just would like our specialist to take a look at your machine for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the machinery is adjusted to operate optically. We will not require any fees for the specialist we provide. Our technician will be able to provide you with guidance on if an back-up or further maintenance or service parts restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for adjustments or intense labour work to be completed at your/our quickest availability as no improvements or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: We provide basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training centre for all machinery we sell. When buying your machine, first primary entry courses is combined in your purchase, although more promoted training can be obtained after the primary course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
