Quality Warranty: For the entire machine, and each subsystem, we only offer bounded quality guarantee lest stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship and defective components errors are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't at fault for general wear and tear or misuse of your machinery. Our guarantee will thus not cover aforesaid. Definitely, damages that are not covered under guarantee can generally be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are promptly accessible on appeal.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Routine service is due by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimal cost, investigation and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. Should you not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is rectified within the equal of dual that period or else your service warranty will be useless and void. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Whenever a service is provided at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Unless confirmed by the company or included by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accompanying the call-out charge, traveling costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up including sent back. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, or if you would like to know if the appliance is adjusted to function optically. No fees will be implemented for the specialist we supply. Our technician will be able to advise if everything is in order or whether an alternative or further service or spare restoration is needed. Reservations have to be made for adjustments or intense labour work to be done at your/our earliest availability as no improvements or any such labour actions will be done during servicing visits. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Basic and/or full training courses are offered at our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is combined in your investment, but more promoted training can be bought after the primary course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
