The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the whole machine, as well as each subsystem, we only provide confined trait guarantee unless stated differently. The feature guarantee covers defects due to faulty equipment or poor craftsmanship We will not be held responsible for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. Therefore aforestated cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are gladly vacant.Regular service is needed by the machinery you are going to obtain. General wear and tear replacement at a minimal cost, reviewing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and not viable should you not service your machine within the suggested service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, you must get your machinery rectified within every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
Anytime a service is provided at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. Except for when confirmed by managers or covered by any of the above plans, a call-out cost will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Coupled with the call-out charge, travel costs to your place including settlement if crucial, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up including sent back are recommend to be done by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the prevailing percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the traveling distance between our workshop as well as your property.Kindly seek an answer about call out as well as transport costs ahead of time as those costs may differ extent by time without notice.Our service plan is perfect for you if you simply want our specialist to take a look at your appliance for your tranquility, or if you want to find out if the appliance is adjusted to function optimally. Review thus you will always be able to,in any style and at any time, check the machinery's warranty data and servicing history on our site or while logged off. Our machinery's guarantee and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This insures your maximum advantage on both the service and resell of your machines.
