The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We give bounded quality warranty on each subsystem unless stated otherwise, as well as on the whole machinery. At the point of this quotation, one technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for weekends and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Travel costs to your place and accommodation if required, are on your account, in addition to the call-out cost. The technicians necessary arrangements to be made to get picked up and sent back, are suggested to be made by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current percentage is R 9.95/kilometer amplified by the driving distance between our place including your property.Beneficially enquire about call out and transport costs ahead of time as those costs may vary instant by time without notice.Our service plan is perfect for you if you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you want to know if the machine is set to operate optimally. There is no fees for the technician we supply. Our specialist will be able to supply you with advice on if an back-up or other service or spares restoration is needed or if everything is normal. Reservations must be made for repairs or intense labour function to be done at your/our earliest convenience as no repairs or any such labour services will be carried out during servicing visits.Basic and/or complete training courses are supplied through our warehouse for all machines we sell. When buying your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is included in your purchase, however more promoted training can be purchased after the primary course has been finished.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a individual barcode. Accordingly your machines assurance information and assistance history will evermore be able to be checked in any way and at any term on our webpage or while logged off. By using the barcode we value our machinery's warranty and servicing. This protects your maximal benefit on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
