The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
We supply restricted attribute warranty on the whole machinery, and any subsystem if not stated elseways. Weaknesses due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We cannot be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Often damages can be repaired at minimal cost that aren't covered under warranty. Quotations will be immediately accessible upon request.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be requiring a regular service. Standard ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and adjustment as well as standard cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Your service warranty will be useless and void if you do not service your machine in the recommended service or if it is not rectified within the equivalent of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine improved in every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Anytime a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when arranged by the company or covered by each and every time of the above mentioned plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Settlement including transport costs to your place, along with the call-out cost, are on your account if required. The specialists necessary preparations to be carried out to get picked up and sent back, are chosen to be made by you. If you would like for us to come to you, the existing amount is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our warehouse including your premises.Generously seek an answer about call out and traveling costs in advance as those costs may vary instant by extent without notice.Our service plan is suited for you if you just would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for your satisfaction, or if you would like to find out if the machinery is fitted to work optimally. We will not require any fees for the technician we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with information on if an back-up or other service or spares reinstatement is needed or if everything is in order. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or intense labour work to be carried out at your/our earliest availability as no repairs or any such labour services will be completed during maintenance visits.Principal and/or comprehensive training courses are supplied at our training centre for all machines we sell. When purchasing your machine, first principal entry courses is comprehended in your purchase, however more promoted training can be obtained after the principal course has been passed.All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. Review for this reason you will always be able to,in any way and at any term, review the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our webpage or offline.
