Quality Warranty: We offer restricted quality warranty on the entire machine, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unfit equipment shortages are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We shall not be held responsible for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that aren't covered under guarantee can often be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are immediately available.

Service Plan: Regular service is due by the machine(s) you are going to purchase. Investigation and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are enclosed within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is required that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and not viable. There is no cost for the experts we supply. Our technician will be able to supply you with guidance on if an alternative or further servicing or spare parts replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. During maintenance visits no reconstruction or excessive labour work will be practised and reservations can be made for this to be practised at your and our earliest convenience. If you would like to find out if the machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to take a look at your machine for peace of mind, our maintenance plan is here for you. There is no cost for the technician we provide but booking is required and travel cost will apply. Our technician will be able to advise whether everything is normal or if an alternative or additional service or spare replacement is needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience.
Training Course: We offer principal and/or full training courses via our premises for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first fundamental entry courses is enclosed in your purchase, however more improved training can be bought after the basic course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.

You will accordingly always be able to check the machinery's guarantee data and servicing history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any term. Our machines guarantee and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are insured on both the selling and service of your machinery's. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or offline - in any way and at any time.
