The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router has raised gantry and is only designed and built for machining softwood and softwood like MDF Fibreboard (Supawood), Plywood and Chipboard. Any material harder than softwood can NOT be machined on this CNC router, otherwise your warranty on this machine will become null and void.
For the entire machine, along with each subsystem, we only provide confined attribute guarantee except stated differently. Shortages due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. We would not be held liable for misuse or common wear and tear of your machinery. Therefore aforestated shall not be covered by our warranty. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under warranty, at minimum cost. Upon request, quotations are readily available.The machinery you are going to obtain compels a regular service. Checking and positioning, everyday cleaning , as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimal cost are included within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced within the equivalent of twice that period, should you not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, or else your service warranty will be invalid and meaningless. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each instant a specialist provides a service at your property. Except when confirmed by managers or included by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for workdays.Accompanying the call-out cost, touring costs to your premises including settlement if essential, are on your account. The plans for the technician to get picked up including sent back are chosen to be carried out by you. For this reason your machines guarantee information and service history will regularly be able to be checked in any way and at any time on our website or while logged off. We value our machines guarantee and servicing by using the barcode. This secures your maximal comfort on both the selling and service of your machines.
