The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give limited characteristic guarantee on any subsystem lest stated differently, and on the entire machine. Shortages due to unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. General wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery is not our liability. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our warranty. Damages can often be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are readily available on request.The machine(s) you are going to purchase needs a regular service. Investigation and positioning, common cleaning , as well as basic wear and tear restoration at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan.
