The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer confined quality warranty on any subsystem except stated differently, and on the whole machinery. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable material weaknesses are covered by the feature guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your machinery is not our liability. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations are gladly vacant on request.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be forcing a regular service. Investigation and calibration, common cleaning , as well as common decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost are included within the service plan. It is compulsory that your machinery is rectified within the equivalent of double that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the preferred service period, otherwise your service warranty will be null and void. Meaning that in which case we recommend that your machinery is improved once every three months, it is necessary that you get your machinery serviced within every 6 month period or your warranty will not be legit.
