The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.
This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

For the whole machine, including any subsystem, we only offer limited trait warranty if not stated differently. Errors due to unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature warranty. Frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforestated. Regularly damages can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be readily accessible upon request.
The machinery which you are going to purchase, will be requiring a routine service. Standard decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, reviewing and positioning as well as common cleaning are covered within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and not viable should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not fixed in the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, you should get your machine fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out refers to each and every time extent a technician offers a service at your property. A call-out fee will be required unless the call-out is covered by each of the above named plans or confirmed by the managers. At the extent of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, R 4 995.00 for weekends as well as R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Along with the call-out charge, transport costs to your property including settlement if required, are on your account. The technicians necessary plans to be made to get picked up including sent back, are preferred to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the current amount increased by the driving distance between your establishment and our warehouse, should you prefer for us to come to you.Beneficially enquire about call out as well as touring costs beforehand as those costs may change point by point without notice.

No fees will apply for the specialist we supply. Regretfully, no reconstruction or hard labour function will be carried out during a maintenance visit, but a booking can be made for this to be carried out at your and our quickest availability.
We provide principal and/or complete training courses via our premises for all machines we sell. When obtaining your machine, first primary entry courses is combined in your investment, but more improved training can be bought after the fundamental course has been passed.
All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will thus evermore be able to review the machinery's warranty information and maintenance history on our database or offline - in any manner and at any term. Our machines warranty and maintenance are honoured by us using the barcode. Maximum advantage are insured on both the selling and service of your machines.
