Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer bounded characteristic guarantee on the whole machine, as well as any subsystem except stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship including unreliable components defects are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not liable for general wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforementioned is accordingly not covered by our warranty. Certainly, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Quotations are gladly vacant on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service. The enclosed service plan includes everyday cleaning, investigation and positioning, as well as standard depletion restoration at a minimal cost. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machinery's warranty information and servicing history on our site or while disconnected - in any way and at any time. We value our machines warranty and assistance by using the barcode. This ensures your maximal comfort on both the reselling and assistance of your machinery's.
