The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, as well as any subsystem, we only offer constrained quality warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable material errors are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't at fault for frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforestated. Damages can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly available.The machine(s) you are going to purchase requires a routine service. The concealed service plan includes basic cleaning, checking and arrangement, as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period, if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service period, elseways your service warranty will be useless and void. Meaning, you must get your machinery improved within every 6 month period, if we choose that your machine is rectified once every 3 months or your warranty will not be credible.

One specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for weekdays, Traveling for weekends and R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays at the time of this quotation.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises as well as accommodation if essential, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up including sent back are preferred to be done by you. If you would choose for us to travel to you, the current rate is R 9.95/kilometer multiplied by the driving distance between our place including your premises.Those charges may vary instant by time without notice, so kindly analyze about call out including transport costs beforehand.Our maintenance plan is perfect for you if you simply would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your satisfaction, or if you want to find out if the machine is set to work optically. First fundamental entry courses is included in your machine investment, although more improved training can be obtained after the fundamental course has been completed.All our mainline of machinery's are sold with a unique barcode. You will accordingly evermore be able to check the machinery's assurance data and servicing history on our database or while disconnected - in any manner and at any time. We value our machinery's assurance and servicing by using the barcode. This insures your ultimate advantage on both the assistance and resell of your machinery's.
