The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give limited quality warranty on the entire machinery, including each subsystem except stated any other way. The characteristic guarantee covers shortages as a result of faulty materials or poor craftsmanship We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or frequent wear and tear of your machinery. Aforesaid is accordingly not covered by our guarantee. Of course, damages that are not covered under warranty can often be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are immediately vacant on appeal.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a routine service. Basic wear and tear restoration at a minimal cost, analyzing and positioning as well as general cleaning are concealed in the service plan. Should you not service your machinery in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machinery is improved within the equal of dual that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, you should get your machine improved within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is fixed once every three months or your guarantee will not be valid.
Whenever a service is supplied at your place by a specialist, it points to to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged unless the call-out is enclosed by any of the above plans or approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays.Accommodation including touring costs to your establishment, along with the call-out charge, are on your account if essential. We choose that you organize that the technician gets picked up and sent back. R 9.95/km is the existing rate amplified by the driving distance between your establishment and our warehouse, should you choose for us to travel to you.Those costs may differ point by extent without notice, so kindly inquire about call out including transport costs in advance.If you just would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility or would like to find out if the appliance is set to work optically, our maintenance plan is suited for you. No costs will be implemented for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend whether everything is normal or if an different or further maintenance or spare parts replacement is needed. Bookings should be made for adjustments or hard labour work to be carried out at your/our quickest availability as no repairs or any such labour actions will be completed during maintenance visits.Primary and/or overall training courses are supplied at our training centre for all machinery we sell. First principal entry courses is included in your machinery purchase, but more advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been accomplished.With all our mainline of machines a unique barcode is sold. Review therefore you will constantly be able to,in any form and at any time, review the machinery's assurance report and service history on our database or offline. Our machines guarantee and service are honoured by us using the barcode. This secures your supreme advantage on both the servicing and resell of your machinery's.
