The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give restricted feature warranty on the whole machinery, along with any subsystem except stated any other way. Defects due to unfit components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your equipment. Aforestated is therefore not covered by our warranty. Generally deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Upon inquiry, quotations are immediately accessible.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be forcing a regular service. Checking and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as common ravages of time reinstatement at a minimum cost are included in the service plan. Unless the call-out is covered by each of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management, a call-out fee will be required. At the point of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.In addition to the call-out fee, travel costs to your premises and settlement if required, are on your account. The arrangements for the technician to get picked up as well as sent back are preferred to be done by you.
