The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted quality guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem unless stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship as well as unreliable material errors are covered by the quality warranty. We will not be held responsible for misuse or common wear and tear of your component. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Usually deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that are not covered under warranty. Quotations will be readily vacant upon inquiry.The machinery which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Everyday wear and tear reinstatement at a minimal cost, checking and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are included in the service plan. Your service guarantee will be null and void should you not service your machinery in the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of twice that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period, if we preferred that your machinery is serviced once every three months or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a service is supplied at your premises by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. Except for when per-approved by managers or concealed by each of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be requested. At the extent of this quotation, for one day one technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.Transport costs to your place as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account, in addition to the call-out fee.
