The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, including each subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship and unreliable material errors are covered by the characteristic guarantee. We are not liable for everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment. Aforementioned is therefore not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on appeal.The machinery you are going to buy needs a regular service. The covered service plan includes everyday cleaning, checking and adjustment, as well as basic depletion restoration at a minimal cost. If you do not service your machine(s) within the suggested service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equal of double that period otherwise your service guarantee will be invalid and meaningless. Meaning, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period, if we recommend that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
A Call-out refers to any instant a specialist offers a service at your premises. Except for when the call-out is concealed by any of the above named plans or approved by the the company, a call-out fee will be charged. At the extent of this quotation, for one day 1 technician is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Along with the call-out cost, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if necessary, are on your account. We suggest that you arrange that the specialist gets picked up and sent back. Our machines guarantee and assistance are honoured by us using the barcode. This protects your maximum convenience on both the reselling and assistance of your machines.
