The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machine, as well as any subsystem, we only provide confined quality warranty if not stated any other way. Poor craftsmanship along with unfit material defects are covered by the feature warranty. We are not at fault for everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. Our warranty will therefore not cover aforesaid. Usually damages can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. Quotations will be immediately vacant upon inquiry.The machine(s) you are going to purchase compels a regular service. The included service plan includes standard cleaning, investigation and adjustment, as well as common decrement restoration at a minimal cost. Your service warranty will be null and ineffective if you do not service your machine in the preferred service or if it is not improved in the equivalent of dual that period. This is to say, you should get your machinery rectified within every six month period, if we recommend that your machinery is serviced once every 3 months or your warranty will not be legit.
When a service is offered at your property by a technician, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be required unless the call-out is covered by any of the above named plans or per-approved by the managers. At the time of this quotation, one specialist for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, travel costs to your place and accommodation if essential, are on your account. The technicians necessary preparations to be made to get picked up as well as sent back, are recommend to be done by you.
