The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, including any subsystem, we only provide restricted feature guarantee if not stated otherwise. Shortages as a result of unfit materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or misuse of your equipment is not our liability. Our warranty will accordingly not cover aforestated. Damages can often be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on demand.The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Standard depletion replacement at a minimum cost, investigation and arrangement as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. Your service guarantee will be worthless and ineffective if you do not service your machinery within the preferred service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of dual that period. Meaning that within which case we suggested that your machinery is improved once every 3 months, it is compulsory that you get your machinery fixed within every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be valid.
