The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply limited quality guarantee unless stated otherwise. Shortages due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute guarantee. Common wear and tear or misuse of your product is not our responsibility. Our guarantee will for this reason not cover aforesaid. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimal cost that are not covered under guarantee. The included service plan contains standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as common depletion reinstatement at a minimal cost. It is compulsory that your machinery is serviced within the equivalent of dual that period, if you do not service your machine(s) within the recommended service period, otherwise your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless. This is to say, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months, you have to get your machine improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any time a specialist supplies a service at your property. A call-out fee will be requested except for when the call-out is included by each and every time of the above named plans or approved by the managers.
