The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply restricted attribute warranty on the entire machine, including any subsystem lest stated differently. Shortages due to defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait warranty. We aren't responsible for frequent wear and tear or misuse of your product. For this reason aforesaid shall not be covered by our guarantee. Naturally, damages that are not covered under warranty can regularly be repaired at a minimal cost. General wear and tear replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and arrangement as well as general cleaning are included in the service plan. By using the barcode we value our machines warranty and service. This insures your maximum convenience on both the reselling and servicing of your machines.
