The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer confined quality guarantee on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem if not stated otherwise. Errors as a result of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our liability. During preservation visits no repairs or intense labour work will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience.Our training facility offers principal and/or comprehensive training courses for all machines we sell. First fundamental entry courses is combined in your machinery purchase, however more advanced training can be bought after the principal course has been achieved.With all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold. You will for this reason regularly be able to check the machinery's assurance data and maintenance history on our database or while disconnected - in any manner and at any instant. By using the barcode we honour our machinery's warranty and maintenance. This ensures your ultimate benefit on both the selling and assistance of your machinery's.
