The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the entire machine, along with any subsystem, we only supply restricted quality warranty if not stated otherwise. Our warranty will for this reason not cover aforestated. Deterioration can usually be repaired that aren't covered under guarantee, at minimum cost. Basic depletion restoration at a minimum cost, reviewing and calibration as well as common cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machinery in the preferred service period, it is required that your machine(s) is fixed in the equal of double that period or else your service guarantee will be useless and not viable. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is rectified once every three months, you have to get your machine fixed within every six month period or your warranty will not be legit.
Whenever a specialist provides a service at your property, it points to to a call-out.
