This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.

For the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem, we only supply limited trait guarantee if not stated otherwise. The quality guarantee covers defects due to defective equipment or poor craftsmanship We would not be held at fault for mis-usage or common wear and tear of your product. The machine(s) which you are going to purchase, will be forcing a routine service.
