The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
For the whole machinery, and any subsystem, we only offer restricted characteristic guarantee lest stated otherwise. Errors by reason of defective components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. We aren't liable for common wear and tear or mis-usage of your machinery. Aforestated is thus not covered by our warranty. Usually damages can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.The machine(s) you are going to buy requires a routine service. Common decrement reinstatement at a minimum cost, checking and adjustment as well as general cleaning are included within the service plan. If you do not service your machine(s) in the recommended service period, it is compulsory that your machine(s) is serviced in the equivalent of twice that period or else your service guarantee will be invalid and void. Meaning, if we suggested that your machinery is fixed once every three months, you should get your machinery fixed in every 6 month period or your guarantee will not be credible.
A Call-out points to to any time a technician offers a service at your premises. A call-out fee will be charged except for when the call-out is enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the managers. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one technician is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays and R 1 499.00 for working days.Coupled with the call-out cost, touring costs to your property as well as accommodation if required, are on your account. The technicians crucial plans to be done to get picked up and sent back, are recommend to be made by you. You will accordingly regularly be able to check the machine's assurance data and maintenance history on our site or offline - in any style and at any time.
