The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We give confined feature warranty on the whole machine, along with each subsystem except stated any other way. Shortages by cause of unreliable components or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the trait guarantee. We will not be held accountable for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your product. Therefore aforestated would not be covered by our warranty. Of course, deterioration that aren't covered under guarantee can usually be repaired at a minimum cost. Quotations are gladly available on inquiry.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be needing a regular service. The included service plan encloses standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as general ravages of time restoration at a minimum cost. Your service guarantee will be null and not viable should you not service your machinery within the suggested service or if it is not serviced within the equivalent of double that period. This is to say, you must get your machine fixed in every six month period, if we preferred that your machinery is improved once every 3 months or your warranty will not be efficient.
A Call-out points to to each point a technician supplies a service at your place. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is included by any of the above plans or per-approved by the management. At the instant of this quotation, for one day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for working days.In addition to the call-out charge, transport costs to your place as well as settlement if required, are on your account. We prefer that you arrange that the technician gets picked up including sent back. There is no fees for the specialist we provide. Bookings must be made for reconstruction or excessive labour work to be completed at your/our earliest convenience as no improvements or any such labour actions will be carried out during maintenance visits.We give fundamental and/or extensive training courses through our training facility for all machinery we sell. When obtaining your machine, first basic entry courses is combined in your investment, but more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been completed.A particular barcode is provided with all our mainline of machines. Thus your machinery's warranty information and maintenance history will always be able to be analyzed in any form and at any moment on our site or while disconnected. Our machinery's warranty and assistance are valued by us using the barcode. Ultimate advantage are insured on both the reselling and service of your machines.
