The spindle is required to be replaced when replacing/servicing the bearing time by time. This has to be done once a year for normal, general use, but more frequently for heavy usage. Currently, spindle services and bearing replacement procedures are outsourced and may therefore require longer to service. However, during the bearing replacement/spindle service procedure, we will always have preconditioned spindle ready for you while your spindle is serviced. Your first spindle service is free within electronic components warranty period.This router is designed strong enough to to cut and engrave on solid aluminum plate, copper and other soft metal, including on any other materials softer than soft metal. This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We offer restricted feature guarantee on the entire machine, including any subsystem if not stated any other way. Defects by reason of unfit equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the feature guarantee. We will not be held at fault for mis-usage or general wear and tear of your machine. Aforesaid is for this reason not covered by our warranty. Naturally, damages that are not covered under warranty can usually be repaired at a minimal cost. Upon appeal, quotations are gladly vacant.The machine(s) which you are going to buy, will be demanding a regular service. Checking and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as everyday decrement replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Your service warranty will be null and meaningless if you do not service your machine in the chosen service or if it is not rectified in the equal of twice that period. Meaning, you should get your machine serviced within every six month period, if we choose that your machine is serviced once every 3 months or your guarantee will not be efficient.
