This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty.
We supply restricted attribute warranty on each subsystem unless stated differently, including on the whole machine. Poor craftsmanship and defective equipment defects are covered by the quality guarantee. Everyday wear and tear or mis-usage of your equipment is not our constraint. Our guarantee will therefore not cover aforestated. Often deterioration can be repaired at minimum cost that aren't covered under guarantee. The enclosed service plan encloses standard cleaning, checking and positioning, as well as general depletion reinstatement at a minimum cost.
