This machine is not designed to cut and engrave on steel, stainless steel etc. For thin steel plate cutting requirements, written consent from management is required for quality warranty. Quality Warranty: For the whole machinery, along with each subsystem, we only supply constrained feature warranty unless stated elseways. Defects as a result of defective materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the quality guarantee. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our fault. Aforementioned is thus not covered by our guarantee. Deterioration can regularly be repaired that aren't covered under warranty, at minimal cost. Quotations will be gladly available upon request.

We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be needing a routine service. Reviewing and calibration, standard cleaning , as well as basic ravages of time replacement at a minimum cost are enclosed within the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a technician offers a service at your place, it refers to a call-out. Unless accepted by the company or enclosed by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be required. At the instant of this quotation, for 1 day 1 specialist is R 4 995.00 for weekends, R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays as well as R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Transport costs to your establishment including accommodation if necessary, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Our service plan is suited for you if you simply would like our technician to take a look at your machinery for peace of mind, or if you would like to know if the machinery is set to operate optimally. We will not require any cost for the technician we provide. Our specialist will be able to provide you with information on if an back-up or further servicing or service parts replacement is needed or if everything is in order. During sustainment visits no reconstruction or hard labour work will be carried out and bookings should made for this to be done at your and our earliest availability. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Our training centre offers primary and/or comprehensive training courses for all machinery we sell. First basic entry courses is comprehended in your machinery purchase, nevertheless more advanced training can be purchased after the principal course has been completed. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell.
