Quality Warranty: We supply constrained feature guarantee on any subsystem lest stated otherwise, including on the entire machine. Weaknesses by reason of defective equipment or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the characteristic warranty. We are not liable for general wear and tear or misuse of your equipment. For this reason aforesaid cannot be covered by our warranty. Damages can usually be repaired that are not covered under guarantee, at minimal cost. We provide limited product warranty on the parts of the machine, and for such periods, as set out below, as well as the relevant subsystem to such parts. The quality warranty is intended to cover, and is accordingly limited to, defects arising due to faulty materials or poor craftsmanship in relation to production and manufacture of the machine. We shall not be responsible for common wear and tear nor misuse of the machine or relevant parts.

Service Plan: Regular service is due by the machinery you are going to purchase. The covered service plan consists of everyday cleaning, reviewing and positioning, as well as basic decrement reinstatement at a minimal cost. Your service guarantee will be useless and meaningless should you not service your machine within the recommended service or if it is not fixed within the equal of twice that period. This is to say, if we recommend that your machinery is fixed once every 3 months, you should get your machine improved in every six month period or your warranty will not be credible. By their very nature the machine(s) require regular servicing and maintenance. We therefore provide a mandatory Service Schedule in respect of each machine, which Service Schedule sets out the intervals in which the machine is to be serviced. Our Service offering, which is undertaken at your cost, includes standard cleaning, checking and calibration, as well as common wear and tear replacement, as may be necessary. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: Every time a service is provided at your place by a specialist, it refers to a call-out. A call-out cost will be charged except when the call-out is included by any of the above mentioned plans or per-approved by the management. At the point of this quotation, one technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Coupled with the call-out fee, transport costs to your premises and settlement if crucial, are on your account. The technicians essential preparations to be made to get picked up including sent back, are chosen to be made by you. If you would wish for us to go to you, the ongoing percentage is R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our premises as well as your property.Without notice, those costs may differ extent by point, for this reason kindly analyze about call out as well as transport costs beforehand A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only would like our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to find out if the machine is set to operate optically, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. We will not require any cost for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to recommend if everything is in order or whether an back-up or other service or spare parts replacement is needed. Regretfully, no repairs or excessive labour function will be carried out during a sustainment visit, but a reservation can be made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost. Our technician will be able to advise whether the machine is functioning optimally or whether additional service, repair or part replacements are, or may be, needed. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
Training Course: Principal and/or extensive training courses are provided at our premises for all machines we sell. First principal entry courses is combined in your machine investment, although more improved training can be purchased after the primary course has been achieved. We offer basic and/or comprehensive training courses through our training facility for all machines we sell. First basic entry course is included in your machine purchase; more advanced training can be obtained after the basic course has been passed.
Barcode System: With all our mainline of machinery's a particular barcode is sold. Analyze accordingly you will always be able to,in any style and at any term, check the machinery's assurance info and servicing history on our database or while disconnected. Our machines warranty and servicing are honoured by us using the barcode. This ensures your maximum convenience on both the service and resell of your machines. All our mainline of machines are sold with a unique barcode. You will therefore always be able to check the machine's warranty information and service history on our website or mobile app - in any way and at any time. Latest Model Quoted: Seeing that the tender above is in regarding to our newest model, the features, details and attachments are suited thereto.
